How do you price content writing?
By the piece, not by the word. A piece is priced on the research it needs, the expertise it requires, the editing it deserves and the role it plays in your funnel — not on its length. A short, hard-to-write home page is worth more than a long, generic blog. After a brief discovery conversation, we send a written quote with fixed prices per format. No padding, no surprises.
Do you write SEO content or "real" content?
There's no honest difference. Content that ranks does so because it actually answers what someone searched for — Google has spent two decades getting better at telling the two apart. We research the keyword and the intent behind it, then write the piece that genuinely deserves to be the answer. Keywords inform the writing; they don't replace it.
Do you use AI to write?
We use AI the way a researcher uses a calculator — as a tool, never as the writer. Final drafts are human-written, human-edited and run through AI-pattern and plagiarism checks before delivery. You're paying for judgement, voice and a writer who's read your category — none of which generative tools can fake yet, particularly in regulated or expertise-heavy fields.
How will you capture our brand voice?
At onboarding we build a short tone-of-voice guide — words you use, words you'd never use, examples of writing you admire and writing you dislike, the personality your customers should feel. Every piece is then drafted, edited and reviewed against that document. After the first two or three pieces, the voice is usually locked.
How fast can you turn content around?
A blog usually completes in three to five working days from approved outline; longer or more research-heavy pieces take a week or two. The non-negotiables are the brief, the outline and the editorial pass — we won't skip those for speed, because speed without those is what produces forgettable writing. For ongoing retainers, we agree a content calendar with fixed weekly or monthly deliveries.
How are revisions handled?
Two rounds of revision are included with every piece, against the approved brief — that's where most genuine refinements happen. Larger changes after the brief was signed off are quoted before they begin, so nothing happens in the dark. In practice, because we agree the outline before drafting, most pieces need a single light pass and ship.
